Terms of Service

By accessing or using LinkAsia's platform, services, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkAsia
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use LinkAsia, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the platform. LinkAsia reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion. Business accounts and merchant profiles must provide valid business registration details where required by applicable local regulations in their jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use LinkAsia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you publish on your LinkAsia profile. Prohibited content and activities include: • Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. • Spam, phishing, or deceptive links designed to mislead visitors. • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties. • Malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems. • Impersonation of other individuals, brands, or organizations. • Sale or promotion of prohibited goods or services under applicable APAC regulations. LinkAsia reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without prior notice.
3. Payment & Billing
LinkAsia offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Payment processing is currently handled by Stripe for tip payments. Additional regional payment providers including ECPay, GrabPay, and FPX are planned for future integration. By using these services, you also agree to their respective terms and conditions. • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our Refund Policy. • Transaction fees for tips vary by plan: 5% for Creator, 1% for Business. • All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Currency conversion fees may apply for cross-border transactions. • LinkAsia is not responsible for any fees, charges, or disputes arising from third-party payment processors.
4. Intellectual Property
The LinkAsia platform, including its design, features, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of LinkAsia and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless applicable law permits it or you have our written permission. LinkAsia respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your rights, please contact us at legal@linkasia.me with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
5. User Content & Responsibility
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on LinkAsia, including profile information, links, images, product listings, and media. By posting content on LinkAsia, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. LinkAsia does not pre-screen user content but reserves the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms at any time.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
LinkAsia strives to maintain high availability of its platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of significant changes that affect your use of the service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notification. LinkAsia shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions, downtime, or modifications to the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkAsia and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if LinkAsia has been advised of the possibility of such damages. LinkAsia's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to LinkAsia in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. LinkAsia may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to termination, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users. Upon termination, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of LinkAsia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. For users in other APAC jurisdictions, local consumer protection laws may apply where mandatory. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence, including but not limited to regulations in the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian jurisdictions where LinkAsia operates.
